Joan Harris has been my eyes and ears on the ground for my uncle for almost five years. She's advocated for him at times when I felt like giving up. One of the things I like best is her ability to plan quickly for all scenarios. Joan's knowledge of the area and the players in it have proven invaluable and cost-effective.
