Lucky for us as we soon were assigned Julia Nickrosz as our Care Manager.
Our sister suffered from dementia.
Julia took over, full steam ahead – getting to know her, getting to know us, making a Care Plan and implementing it. What a relief for us.
There was nothing Julia wouldn’t do, no matter what time of day or day of the week, including coordinating with our sister at home, then in a memory care unit, in the hospital, and eventually in a hospice residence.
