Kristine Callahan joins Symphony Care ManagementKristine was born and raised in Greater Boston. While on her own family caregiver journey, she worked for many years in the Newton-Wellesley and Greater Boston area before settling on Cape Cod. She has a passion for advocacy and has dedicated the past thirty years to helping older adults and their caregivers overcome obstacles and live healthy well-balanced lives on their own terms.

Kristine has worked in all facets of senior related healthcare with a special focus on dementia care. Her education and caregiving experiences shaped the focus of her professional path. Her specialties include anticipating and planning for life’s transitions, care management, dementia care, empowering end-of-life preparation, alternative healing and comfort measures for the aging clients and their caregivers.

Kristine joined Symphony Care Management in 2025 to integrate all the facets of her professional experience and highly developed skills to develop the Symphony Whole Life Wellness Program. Kristine is a trauma informed Certified Professional Coach, Certified Dementia Practitioner, Certified End-of-Life Specialist and Reiki Master Teacher. She serves as Board Secretary for the Estate Planning Council of Cape Cod. Kristine lives in Yarmouth and enjoys teaching workshops, gardening, painting, and exploring nature with her dog Sasha.
